Attic Top Off
In this attic top off there was very little existing insulation and no soffit ventilation. To fix the ventilation we drilled holes in the soffit and added a grilled vents, opening up air flow to the attic. In the attic we added rafter mates to keep a gap for the airflow. Then we added 16 inches of fibreglass loose fill insulation.
04
Removal rodent Damage
On this project we came in knowing there was some rodent issues. After removing the drywall and old insulation, we repaired and plugged the holes being used by the rodents. The walls then got R14 Batts (for 2x4 wall) new vapor barrier and some new drywall.
